* Previous recruitment experience is essential

* Able to self-generate leads

* You must be a self-starter, driven and hungry for sales

* Confidence to speak with clients & candidates at all levels

* Willing to learn and grow

* Excellent organisational skills

* Local or commutable to Maidstone
