Job Description
The role
This is a new position created following the review of the team 18 months into the appointment of BNPPRE. The role is a flexible created to support projects within the portfolio, budgeting and if required day to day property management considering the movement across the portfolio.
Roles and responsibilities
• Identify and provide where property management support is required across the portfolio and input into designated tasks
• Support the Onboarding of key portfolio and clients, including inspections and input into Due Diligence reports.
• Deliver designated projects that occur from time to time across the portfolio
• Support Critical Dates Manager to deliver assumptions around each critical date and keep this updated on at least quarterly basis.
• Work with Document Manager to draft occupation and MOTO payable documentation when required
• When needed coordinate responses from the team as a whole
• Initiate the horizon update process to KPI timescales
• Constantly review processes to provide insight, reporting and efficiencies
• Manage and provide induction for new members of the team
• Work with the client to provide regular workshops to facilitate team working
• Supporting the team to deliver the contract when needed
• UK wide travel when required for inspections and in person meetings
• Production of financial reports specific to building costs.
Person specification
• Previous property management experience essential
• Understanding and interpretation of leases etc. with focus on critical dates
• Strong organisational, project management and administration skills
• Experienced user of IT systems and Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Independent, mature and professional approach, confident in taking initiative to problem-solving.
• Controlling and monitoring even workload, experienced in meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
• Financial awareness
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working well as a team member, demonstrating responsibility, patience and understanding of other's needs.
