The Chef de Partie Role:

Assist in the preparation and execution of dishes, ensuring quality and consistency in every plate.Maintain a positive and can-do attitude, contributing your energy and enthusiasm to the success of our kitchen.Collaborate with colleagues across the business, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.Embrace the energy and excitement of a new opening, bringing your skills and passion to help us create something special.Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
Boxcar Bread & Wine is a neighbourhood spot focusing on breakfast/brunch and moving into a small plates offering in the evening.

What Were Looking For :

Good understanding of food production and fundamental cooking techniques.Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.Ability to follow directions and procedures; effective time management and organisation skills.Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.Understanding of the energy and dedication required for a new opening, and a willingness to contribute your best effort to the team.Eagerness to learn and grow, with a desire to gain a deeper understanding of kitchen operations.
