The Demi Chef de Partie Role:

Assist in the preparation and execution of dishes.Maintain a positive and can-do attitude.Collaborate andfoster a culture of teamwork and mutual support.Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
Boxcar Bread & Wine is a neighbourhood spot focusing on breakfast/brunch and moving into a small plates offering in the evening.

What Were Looking For :

Good understanding of kitchen operations and fundamental cooking techniques.Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.Ability to follow directions and procedures.Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.Understanding of the energy and dedication required for a new opening, and a willingness to contribute your best effort to the team.Eagerness to learn and grow, with a desire to gain a deeper understanding of kitchen operations.
