You will assist the Restaurant Manager in leading a team of dedicated staff, maintaining high service standards, and optimising operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing reservations, staff training, and quality control, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. About You:
You are a proactive and dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant industry, preferably in fine dining. You possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities enable you to connect with guests and staff alike. You are detail-oriented, organised, and adept at multitasking, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of service and quality.
