Food and Beverage Coordinator for art'otel London Hoxton

We are recruiting for the coolest, newly opened Hotel in Hoxton!

Seeking an extraordinary Food and Beverage Coordinator, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter.

As our Food and Beverage Coordinator, you will receive:

We are looking for our Food and Beverage Coordinator, who:

  • Coordinates all the F&B outlets and administratively supports the team to maintain excellent menus, ensures that presentation aligns with brand standards and that printed menus are replenished for service.
  • Oversees Banquet Event Order (BEO) administration and maintains communication wherever needed
  • Supports investigations into guest complaints and ensures appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
  • Attends internal and external meetings whenever needed and ensures feedback and vital information is communicated with the Food and Beverage Director and the wider team.
  • Keeps all health and safety regulations and helps to ensure the entire Food and Beverage team complies with all related policies and procedures
  • Can build strong working relationships with both internal and external guests, as well as with external suppliers

  • Has previous Food and Beverage Coordinator / Food and Beverage Team Leader / Supervisor experience
