Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking to hire Waiter/ess to join our team in the City of London for our new restaurant, The Cardinal. Reporting to the General Manager - Restaurant, the ideal candidate willwilldeliver a courteous and friendly service to our guests in line with the standardoperating procedures of the Restaurant.

The Cardinal is a friendly neighbourhood restaurant and bar located in Londons City Centre neighbourhood. We are intensely passionate about the revival of a proper gathering place. Our recipe is simple: great drinks, delicious food, warm hospitality, and a convivial space, all without pretence. Our goal is virtuosity. To do the common, uncommonly well. We take a great deal of pride in our offerings and want to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

This is a full-time position and is based on-site at the hotel.

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress
• Excellent level of English
• Friendly, approachable, and professional
• Able to work as part of a team
