Cloakroom Attendant

As a Cloakroom Attendant you will be responsible for our cloakroom, giving a friendly welcome and delivering high unrivalled Rocco Forte Hotels standards to our guests at all times.

You will be confident and knowledgeable about the hotel with exceptional organisational skills and able to work under pressure. You'll need to have a keen eye for detail, be a natural organiser and have a polite and personable manner.

You will be part of a large team and be responsible for creating memorable experiences to our guests staying at our wonderful hotel and also to our many external guests.

Brown's Hotel is London's first hotel. It opened its doors on Albemarle Street in 1837. Since then we have hosted famous guests from all walks of life. Located in Mayfair, we are just moments away from the famed Bond Street boutiques, Dover Street Market, The Royal Academy of Arts and many independent art galleries.
