Job Description : - Own the coding/design of a sub-module - Review the requirements and provide simple, workable solutions - Design and document the sub-module working with the tech-lead - Implement the critical parts of the module - Ensure coding standards, proper design patterns, writing test cases. - Mentor the junior programmers - Peer and junior programmer's code review - Work independently and proactively to deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance Skillset Requirements : - Strong experience in developing backend systems. - Prior experience [minimum 2 years] in stack React, NodeJS and overall experience of 7 years in software development. - Ability to work in a team structure and deliver projects on time. - Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills in super changing environment - Understanding of algorithms and data structures. - Should have knowledge on any of the Cloud Technologies [AWS/Azure/GCP].
