Requirements:

• 1 Year Experience
• Required on some education and training to be allowed to practice (usually national credential)
• BLS
• ARRT-T

Oher Details:

• Must be able to treat patients using Varian 2300ix and Varian EDGE Truebeam. Also knowledge of Siemens CT large bore for simulation.
• Must be able to use Electronic Medical Records ARIA and be familiar with EPIC.
• EPIC
• No locals within 75 radius from DL address.
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
