Overview:
ProCare Therapy is excited to partner with a highly regarded school district in Springfield, VT, a charming town known for its picturesque landscapes and vibrant community. We are currently seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join one of our trusted schools for the 2024-2025 school year. At ProCare Therapy, our mission is to improve the lives of those who make a difference in others' lives.
Position Details:
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: K-2 students
- Oversee multiple ABA trainings and provide effective problem-solving strategies.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior support plans.
- Offer ongoing consultation to teachers and support staff on the implementation of behavior support plans.
Special Requirements:
- Behavior Analyst Board Certification.
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience as a special education teacher (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a school setting (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
