Partners Personnel has partnered with a wholesale Bakery company in Santa Ana, CA! We are hiring for several key manufacturing roles for cookie production. If you’re interested in immediate work and can start immediately, apply now!

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

· Bakery Production Lead Pay Rate: $16.48 - $17.48

· Bagging Operator Pay Rate: $16.48 - $17.48

· Process Operator Pay Rate: $16.48 - $17.48

Shifts:

· 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

· 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

· 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Job Duties:

• Oversee and start up assigned production lines, ensuring smooth operation of baking and packaging processes.

• Program and configure baking and packaging machinery, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.

• Monitor team performance, coordinate breaks, and ensure compliance with safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

• Interact with mixers to check dough consistency and ensure only quality products enter the oven.

• Conduct regular inspections of products to meet specifications, taking action to resolve any issues immediately.

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, assisting in the breakdown and assembly of bagging machinery as needed.

• Operate computer systems for data entry and equipment monitoring, collaborating with the technical team to enhance machine performance.

• Ensure that packaging materials are properly returned to staging areas and notify supervisors of any irregularities.

• Assist with the training of new employees, overseeing changeovers and machine setups.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in bakery, food manufacturing, or a related field.

• Strong leadership skills with an understanding of production processes.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding role.
