Overview

Responsible for the General Maintenance on Facility Equipment and the cosmetic appearance of the overall property.

Responsibilities

SKILLS

• Basic plumbing/repairs.
• Basic trouble shooting skills for kitchen and restaurant equipment.
• Basic electrical repairs and ability to identify/perform breaker resets.
• Gneral woodworking and repair knowledge.
• Painting/Drywall.
• Must be able to understand the fire panel operation and respond in an alarm condition.
• Air filter changeouts and coil cleaning/washing.
• Ability to learn the energy management system and adjust tempertures.
• Must be able to work independently without closer supervision.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Performing duties which require bending & reaching
• Consistently lift 60 pounds.
• Standing or moving, for up to 8+ hours.
• Maintaining a well-groomed appearance ("having a plan").
• Following all uniform guidelines.
• Practicing all safety & sanitation standards.
• Recycling products, where possible.
• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency.
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.
• Maintaining HRC's values and Mission Statement.
