Requirements:

• CA License
• 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience
• BCLS

Home Health PT - Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 8hr Days (*This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*)- Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience- First-Timers Accepted: No- Weekend REQ: 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract- Certs REQ: BCLS- Skills REQ:- Is on-call REQ? No- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No- Open to accommodating block schedule?
