Summary

Mixes and serves beverages to bar guests and wait staff in an upper scale casual dining environment

General Accountabilities

• Takes drink and food orders from guests and staff
• Collects payments
• Maintains a clean and well-organized bar
• Prepares fruit and juices
• Manages on-line and call-in orders

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year bartending experienced
• Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer and wine
