• Must live more than 75 miles away from facility
• Float Requirements: Yes to the other ICUs and stepdown units with 1:30 ratio
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions
