Position: Retail Pharmacist
Location Openings: Bend, Grants Pass, Eugene, Ashland
Type: Travel Contract (13+ Weeks) - Local or Temp-to-Hire

Travel Support:
For candidates who may need to travel, we can provide hotel acmodations and mileage reimbursement on a case-by-case basis. Local candidates are preferred, but we are open to travel options if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Current pharmacist license in good standing.
- BLS certification (must be AHA).
- NPI number verification (can be obtained at NPI Registry).
- Immunization Certificate (ACPE or APHA).
- Date of birth and last four digits of your Social Security number.
- License verification for your state, and for Pennsylvania candidates, verification of your Immunization license is required.
- Preference for candidates who are COVID vaccinated.
Training:
Familiarity with RX30 software is a plus, but dont worrytraining will be provided!
