Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Workplace Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts. As a vital part of our team, the Workplace Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining a professional and efficient workplace environment. This role involves a variety of duties from client-facing interactions to administrative tasks, and is based within our Workplace Experience Team.
Responsibilities:
• Interact professionally with clients, including C-level executives, providing excellent customer service.
• Oversee conference room support, including room setups and quick turnovers.
• Troubleshoot issues with AV support and printers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by restocking the kitchen and inspecting for any issues.
• Self-manage tasks, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Assist in answering inbound calls and managing calendars.
• Occasionally cover front desk duties.
• Walk through office floors regularly, inspecting for any issues and resetting conference rooms.
• Maintain a customer service-minded attitude, understanding and meeting expectations.
• Use CRM and other tools like Cisco Webex Meetings and Concur for efficient operations.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Banner Ads
• Skills in using Cisco Webex Meetings
• Familiarity with Concur tool
• CRM knowledge
• Proficiency in About Time software
• Experience in answering inbound calls
• Understanding of budget processes
• Skills in calendar management
• Strong communication abilities
