We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders that can provide an excellent, educational, and entertaining experience for our guests. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks, anticipating customers’ needs and expectations. We also require that our bartenders educate themselves about the many liquor and wine offerings we have in house.

Compensation includes hourly wage ($10/hour) paid monthly, plus tips paid daily at the end of shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks, complimentary snacks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• On-the-job training and self-directed education re: liquor, wine and beer offerings

Desired Skills

• Proven work experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
• Self-directed learning

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
