At PrideStaff, we work with various companies throughout Palm Beach County seeking Customer Service Representatives.
Job Description (May Vary Depending on Company Needs):
- Answer phones in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Process orders, credit, returns, etc.
- Prepare written and electronic correspondence
- Interact with vendors/clients
- Track orders and shipments of purchase orders
Qualifications:
- Excellent data entry (Testing Required)
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Verifiable and stable employment history of 1 year or more
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
