Midwest Dizziness and Balance Institute (MDBI) in Creve Coeur MO is looking for an outgoing, pleasant medical office front desk receptionist. MDBI is a state of the art facility specializing in Dizziness, Vertigo, and Balance disorders and offers diagnostic and treatments for this dysfunction.
The office is looking for an outgoing professional who will be responsible for all front desk duties. Duties include checking patients in and out, collecting copay, verifying insurance and demographic information, answering phones, working with electronic medical records, scheduling and assisting patients. On-site training is provided, but experience with medical office admin work or insurance is a plus.

Must have knowledge in basic computer skills. We are looking for a very personable and empathetic team player.
REQUIRED: Hours based on a weekly rotating schedule of opening the clinic for a 7 am patient and closing the clinic between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm (working an 8 hour shift only). Looking to fill this position as soon as possible, please send resume and references.
