We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator within 15-mins of Downtown ATL, Georgia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing administrative support across the organization. The industry you will be working in is administrative and customer service, and the workplace is fast-paced and dynamic. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity ONLY.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Efficiently manage a multi-line phone system, routing calls as appropriate and managing messages.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and problems promptly and professionally.
• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all customer records.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete administrative tasks and organize files.
• Provide concierge services, assisting clients with a variety of requests and needs.
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all necessary materials.
• Proven experience in Administrative Assistance• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Demonstrated ability to handle a Multi-Line Phone System
• Experience in delivering high-quality Customer Service
• Proficiency in Data Entry and Organizing Files
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in providing Concierge Services.
