Job Description

This person will be responsible for building out pallets for canned dry goods to be shipped from the warehouse. It's a large distribution center. This person will be picking, packing, and building out pallets based on client orders. They build out pallets for grocery stores and retailers. This individual will be operating a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced production environment. They will go from one location to the next on the forklift, building out each pallet customized to the client's order. They will wear a headset that tells them what to pick and where to go in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Build out pallets for canned dry goods to be shipped from the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and build out pallets based on client orders
• Operate a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced production environment
• Move from one location to the next on the forklift, customizing each pallet to the client's order
• Use a headset to receive picking and packing instructions

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must be able to stand on their feet for 8-10 hours a day
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• 6 months+ of forklift experience or over 1 year in a fast-paced warehouse
