Are you a dynamic leader with a flair for exceptional service? As our Front-of-House Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our service excellence, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and elevate our high service standards.
- Train and mentor dining room staff, including the Maitre’D.
- Communicate and implement service changes effectively.
- Ensure an elegant and well-organized dining environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of FOH restaurant experience.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food, beverage, and service.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
