Compensation: Estimated up to $260,000 - $350,000+ annually (full-time) based on production days / uncapped earnings (20% collection shares with a $1,000 guaranteed daily rate in perpetuity)

Location: Hiring for various offices in the Greater Portland Metro Area, including Salem, OR

Hours: Offices are open Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM & Fridays 8 AM - 1 PM PST

Job Type: W-2 Position with Full-Time and Part-Time openings

Kids General Dentist Job Summary:

Join Acorn Dentistry for Kids, a locally owned group practice in Oregon dedicated to providing smiles to every child, regardless of insurance status. We're committed to promoting health and confidence through entertainment and education in a magical, safe, and fun environment.

We're seeking Kids General Dentists who are driven by purpose and eager to grow with our expanding practice, with potential ownership opportunities available.

Kids General Dentist Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years post-graduation experience working with kids specifically in a family practice, pediatric practice, or similar practice

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

• General Dentist State Licensure, with eligibility to obtain an Oregon State Dental License if currently out of state

• Must pass a background check

• Excellent clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care to children

• Believes every child deserves 5-star treatment, regardless of insurance (we accept Medicaid and no insurance as well)

• Has a passion for what they do, never stopped believing in magic, and doesn’t mind being a little a-corny! (Get it?)
