A committed Warehouse Picker for the 1st or 2nd shift is required to join our team. Your responsibilities will include sorting boxes and arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. You will be engaged in picking and packing products of various sizes, ranging from handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts, for which you will use a lift. You will also utilize an RF scanner and be responsible for loading and unloading semi-trailers with completed pallets. Our team works from Monday to Friday, from (5AM-1PM) OR (3pm - 1:30am), with expected overtime occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Sort boxes and arrange them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.
• Pick and pack products of various sizes using a lift.
• Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management.
• Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets.

Essential Skills

• Picking and packing products.
• Using RF scanner.
• Loading and unloading semi-trailers.
• Operating lifting equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3-6 months of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

We operate in a large, open facility that serves as a parts distribution center in Davenport, Iowa. We are a diverse team from various backgrounds and experiences, working in an inclusive environment towards a common goal - quality. Our performance is measured by quality standards, not productivity volume, placing significant importance on a high attention to detail. One minor mix-up can lead to a product being shipped overseas to the wrong facility. So, we value and foster a culture of quality and meticulousness. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 3pm - 1:30am, with expected overtime until 2am and occasional Saturdays.
