Our client, a 60+-year-old life insurance organization is looking to add a Senior Compliance Analyst to its growing team.

SENIOR COMPLIANCE ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and review regulatory compliance documents
• Review and summarize regulatory requirements
• Manage compliance reporting and respond to inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies
• Oversee agent licensing process
• Provide training, support, and guidance to team member
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory adherence

SENIOR COMPLIANCE ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of compliance within the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Background with legal experience highly desired

SENIOR COMPLIANCE ANALYST COMPENSATION:

• Salary + bonus
• 401k + 6% match
