Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager:

• Strong grasp of P&L and financial management
• High-energy leader who sets the example!
• Coaching and training the team to achieve company standards
• Seamless communication between FOH and BOH staff
• Supporting the team to deliver top-notch guest experiences
• Hands-on leadership style
• 3–4 years of GM experience in a comparable environment
