Job Description
We are seeking a Receptionist for a company based in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The role functions within the Property Management/Facilities industry and requires the individual to be on-site. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Operating front desk duties, including logging in and out
• Assisting with visitor badges and escorting guests
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Managing mailroom duties, including sorting incoming mail and operating postage machines for outgoing mail
• Placing mail in corresponding bins and maintaining mailroom organization
• Scheduling and managing conference room bookings
• Utilizing skills in answering inbound calls, mailroom operations, and scheduling.
• Must possess at least one year of relevant experience as a Receptionist
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing high volume of incoming calls
• Experience with mailroom duties and managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be punctual, reliable, and demonstrate a friendly demeanor at all times
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
