Looking for a General Manager for a casual restaurant concept who is passionate about high-quality food and outstanding customer service. Not looking for profiles with more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Operations and working side-by-side with team members
• Maintain clean and safety standards
• Recruit, hire, and train employees
• Strong customer service standards
• Overseeing P&L, budgeting to optimize store profitability

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• 3+years as a General Manager within the restaurant industry
• Proven ability to control food and labor costs
• Experience in training, hiring and supervising restaurant employees
• Experience with customer service
