What We Offer:
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Your Role: As the Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations, you’ll lead a high-volume team, focusing on exceptional food quality and outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Recent high-volume QSR experience, especially with drive-thru operations (Bojangles, Cookout, etc.).
- Leadership Style: Hands-on approach with an upbeat personality.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
- Commitment: Dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Interview Process:
- Phone Screening with our internal recruiter.
- Day in the Life Experience: A hands-on session from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM for real insight into the role.
Dress Code: Professional appearance required; no visible tattoos, piercings, or false nails.
