Programmed Skilled Workforce are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. We have multiple positions for our clients who specialize in Airline services across all catering, production, and logistics, and we're eager to find talented candidates who are committed to excellence and teamwork.

Positions Available:

Catering Assistants

• Assist with food preparation and cooking ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.


• Set up and clean serving equipment and utensils

Chefs

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to menu specifications


• Cooking of both individual and bulk meals


• Temp checking and record keeping of meal creation dates/times

Requirement - Certificate III (or higher) in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)

Process Workers

• Assist in various stages of the production process, including assembly and packaging


• Operate machinery and equipment as required for production tasks


• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards

MR Drivers

• Safely operate a MR vehicle for the delivery of goods


• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals


• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and storage

Requirement - Current MR License (mandatory)

Forklift Operators

• Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse


• Load and unload goods from trucks and containers

Requirement - Current LF License (mandatory)

Shift Details:

• AM & PM shifts available


• Ad hoc work required during our busy period


• Full availability needed Monday to Sunday

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

• Previous experience of at least 6 months - 1 year in the food manufacturing and logistics industry (desired)


• Full working rights is a MUST - No student Visa's due to perm placements


• Available to work on a 24/7 on call roster


• Able to pass a Medical & Police Check


• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and attitude


• MUST BE Physically fit and capable of regularly lifting, pulling and pushing 15-20kgs


• Comfortable working in a freezer/cold room room environment


• Have great verbal and written communication skills
