Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking Factory hand /Forklift Drivers for immediate starts, to join our client in Rowville who is an Australian dairy company producing great Australian dairy products with a long and proud history

The successful applicants will have a current valid LF Forklift license and be available Monday - Friday for Night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Split role: 50% forklift operation, 50% production line duties.


• Operate forklifts to load and unload crates returned from stores to be washed.


• Perform quality checks on crates before and after the washing process.


• Operate production lines as needed and ensure smooth workflow.


• Fix mechanical jams and troubleshoot minor issues (training provided).

Requirements:

• Forklift license with a minimum of 1 year of experience.


• Previous experience in production or machine operation.


• Ability to switch between forklift and production duties as required.


• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to troubleshoot mechanical issues.


• Attention to detail for performing quality checks.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be physically fit complete manual repetitive lifting when required
