Lodge Anchor (Housekeeping)

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the housekeeping team in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and lodge facilities to the highest standards. Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and laundry to ensure 5-star standards are consistently met. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure seamless guest experiences. Assist with training and mentoring the housekeeping team, maintaining motivation, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in housekeeping, ideally in a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team and manage day-to-day operations. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the lodge.
