Role : Frontend Developer (Software Engineering - Frontend Development) Skills Required : Technical : Proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Angular, Vue.js. Tools and Technologies : Angular and Spring ecosystem for web, React Native for mobile, AWS for cloud. Domain Knowledge : Payroll, Leave, Attendance, and HR. Mindset : Lean, pragmatic, and collaborative. Key Responsibilities : - Develop performant, browser-agnostic applications using the Angular ecosystem. - Maintain high standards of code quality and challenge ideas to achieve optimal solutions. - Collaborate closely with UX and Product Management teams to ensure alignment. - Occasionally step in to resolve customer issues hands-on, showcasing a customer-focused attitude. - Engage with product design and quality assurance to ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience. Key Result Areas (KRA) : - Deliver high-quality, scalable frontend applications that align with product and business requirements. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product integration and performance. - Continuously improve application performance and implement best practices for code quality. - Actively participate in code reviews, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. - Provide timely support for customer-facing issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
