Deputy General Manager - Holiday Park

We’re on the lookout for a Guest-Obsessed Deputy Holiday Park Manager to join a high volume, multi-million pound resort operation that’s undergoing an exciting transformation. With major new developments happening imminently this is an exciting time for a guest obsessed experienced manager to join a bustling holiday village. This position is commutable from York, Hull or the East Yorkshire coast but offers accommodation for an easy relocation.

What You’ll Do: As Deputy Holiday Park Manager, you’ll report directly to the Resort GM and take charge of the holiday experience team, leading and inspiring them to deliver top-notch service. Your focus will be on enhancing the guest and owners experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Guest-Centric Leadership: You have a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing large customer-facing teams, ideally from the holiday park industry.
• Strategic Thinker: You excel at managing a P&L, working within budgets, and driving financial success while consistently achieving excellent guest feedback scores.
• Collaborative Problem-Solver: With strong influencing skills, you’ll work closely with other managers to resolve issues and strategically plan to prevent future challenges.
• Experience Counts: Whether you’ve managed multiple departments in a large park or been a GM of a smaller park with deep knowledge of guest relations and commercial billings, your experience will be key to your success.
