Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Account Manager role. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining regular communication with our customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions. The Sales Account Manager will be based in Hertfordshire / Essex or Peterborough areas.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience in lead generation and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in the fresh produce and foodservice sectors
Location
Our office is located in Papworth Everard, a 20 minute drive from Cambridge.
