Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information, quotes, delivery timelines, and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supplies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Invoice Reconciliation: Verify purchase orders against invoices and work closely with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chains.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Reporting: Generate reports related to purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
- General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and handling inquiries.
You should have:
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to supply, deliveries, or order discrepancies.
- A collaborative approach to working with other departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights on procurement trends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
It would be great if you have:
- A passion for/experience in Themed Entertainment, Cruise/Hospitality and Immersive Experiences.
- Degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
