Consultant / Senior Consultant – Healthcare Consultancy/ Data Consultant – Real Estate

Purpose of the role

To conduct consultancy assignments throughout the UK, develop client relationships through project work and promote the Consultancy, transactional and valuation services.

About the team

The Healthcare Consultancy team rely on research, data and commercial knowledge to provide evidence-based insights to clients and colleagues. We have a range of skills from research to data science which compliments the nature of our work.


The team are collaborative, innovative and actively work together on projects. It is therefore essential that new team members are willing to both be supportive, but also self-motivated, to meet the team goals and to a high standard.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a professional environment, ideally in the Real Estate or wider Healthcare industries;
  • A degree in Real Estate
  • IT literate with excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong research, analytical and data management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Commercial acumen and responsive to challenge / feedback.



Main duties and responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and take ownership of the key consultancy assignment components, including pre-fieldwork and planning, desk and field research, financial analysis, report writing & assignment completion;
  • Work efficiently and manage a multiple range of projects to a high standard and with minimal supervision, juggling timescales, priorities and project lifecycles;
  • Build and manage client relationships and contacts during the lifecycle of an assignment – ensuring communication is regular and of a high standard;
  • Plan, request and manage the input of senior management and other functional & cross-functional colleagues and resources to ensure the delivery of each assignment;
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Christie & Co’s Consultancy operating procedures and practices;
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing as well as new and potential clients in order to forge long term alliances and repeat business;
  • Assist in the pitch and selling of consultancy services and directly sell and secure consultancy assignments;
  • Coach, motivate and supervise colleagues allocated to assignments and projects when acting as project lead and other appropriate scenarios;
  • Drive information and knowledge sharing across the Healthcare teams and wider company;
  • Support other teams on assignments as required – namely our Brokerage, Capital Markets and Valuation teams;
  • Promote and physically represent the Christie & Co brand at professional events, client meetings and presentations;
