With 1200+ lawyers, 300+ partners, 28 offices and 17 jurisdictions we are looking to expand our Business Development team, with the addition of a Marketing Manager - 14 months FTC.
The opportunity for youWe are seeking a Marketing Manager (FTC - maternity cover) to support our priority sectors and practices in achieving their business objectives through strategic marketing. This role will work closely with the BD, content, digital, design, communications, and events teams at Taylor Wessing, overseeing campaigns and initiatives from ideation to execution.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with diverse and innovative sectors and practices within a leading law firm, driving a variety of content-led campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Strategy implementation: Develop and execute marketing strategies that support priority sectors and practices, ensuring alignment with firmwide objectives.
- Campaign management: Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business plans and marketing strategy objectives.
- Content development: Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Brand and Marketing to create compelling content and impactful campaigns.
- Sector and practice support: Provide dedicated support to sectors and practices, fostering collaboration and understanding their unique needs in order to meet objectives.
- Analytics and reporting: Conduct insightful analyses tailored to specific practices and sectors, delivering reports that inform strategic decisions and inform future initiatives.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with the central marketing teams (digital, design, content, events and communications) to deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Brand enhancement: Enhance our brand presence through innovative marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and nurturing relationships.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital, content, and event management.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the professional services sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software and digital tools (eg CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms).
