The Head of Food will be responsible for overseeing all back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring consistency and quality across their multiple sites. Head of Food requirements:

• Experience as an Executive Chef or Head of Food managing multiple sites!
• Strong leadership skills with expertise in kitchen management and menu development.
• Previous operational BOH and financial management.
