Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

- Lead menu creation, incorporating seasonal and innovative dishes using the finest ingredients.

- Manage kitchen staff, fostering a professional and collaborative environment.

- Handle inventory management, including ordering and purchasing.

- Maintain stringent hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations.

- Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-end culinary establishments, with at least 3 years as a Senior Sous Chef in a luxury 5-star hotel.

- Proven expertise in menu development, cost management, and kitchen operations.

- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
