About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, youll be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications using .NET and Angular. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will contribute to solutions that push boundaries, promote innovation, and help drive growth. Your day-to-day will include collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow developers to build high-quality, reliable software that meets customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using .NET and Angular
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Analyse user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software components seamlessly
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality
- Stay current with the latest .NET and Angular technologies and industry trends
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in front-end and back-end technologies, especially Angular and .NET Core
- Strong understanding of RESTful architecture, API design, and modern web security principles
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and responsive design
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure for cloud-based development
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Knowledge of software engineering concepts such as design patterns, SOLID principles, and multithreading
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
