About The Project PT

The Project PT is more than just a fitness business; it’s a community-driven movement dedicated to promoting health, well-being, and positive lifestyle changes. Our mission goes beyond physical fitness to encompass mental well-being, empowerment, and support for individuals at every stage of their fitness journey.

The Project PT is on a mission to create change in the fitness industry, with our core values in mind of Kindness, Inclusivity, Community, and Impact. We are looking for people who are hungry for this change, to build a different business model.

Our Core Values:

At The Project PT, our core values emerged authentically from within our team. After several years of operation, we asked our team members to identify the words that they felt best represented our values. Everyone completed an anonymous form and the stand out words were Kindness, Inclusivity, Community, and Impact. These values reflect the essence of who we are and guide everything we do.

Kindness: We prioritise compassion and empathy in all our interactions, whilst understanding the complexity of being kind.

Inclusivity: We strive to create a welcoming and diverse environment for everyone; young people, team members and our members.

Community: We believe in the power of coming together and supporting one another.

Impact: We are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Note from the owners

Myself and Alexa started The Project PT out of a desire to support the 85% of people not using a gym, the 70% of people who didn’t enjoy PE at school, the ½ million children NEET in the UK and work alongside people who wished to make a true impact. We want The Project PT to be a leader in the industry, not just for our customers but for the people we work alongside. Our version of success is measured by the impact we can have, not the figures on our P&L. If our core values resonate with you, please apply.
