Salary: £60-65,000

We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Estates Surveyor to join our clients team and help manage a growing portfolio of interesting properties. Our clients sites, and target sites, typically consist of heritage or listed buildings in great locations in the South of the UK. This role involves overseeing negotiating leases, conducting valuations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property assessments and valuations across a range of interesting locations.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and property acquisitions.
• Oversee property maintenance and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Provide strategic advice on property investments and portfolio optimization.
