THE ROLE & LOCATION

Job Title: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE, PRS

Location: Liverpool, L7 7DP

Reporting directly to the PRS Manager, we are now looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive for our PRS portfolio.

Key elements of this exciting and challenging role will be include:

Responding to enquiries. Answering emails and phone calls from potential clients promptly and professionally.

Managing listings. Receiving and updating listings of available apartments, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Advertising. Adding property availability to Rightmove and other advertising platforms. Collaborating with marketing agencies and generating reports for Managing Director.

Scheduling. Managing calendars efficiently and arranging property viewings to maximise client engagement.

Sales. Attending viewings, engaging with clients and effectively closing sales.

Co-ordination. Forwarding closed sales to the relevant Property Manager for processing.

Occupancy management. Implementing strategies to ensure properties maintain a 100% occupancy rate.

Market research. Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Client relationship management. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Reporting. Preparing detailed monthly reports on sales activities, occupancy rates across the portfolio and market trends for management review.

Experience:

An estate agency or rental apartments sales experience would be beneficial.

Business development, customer service and sales experience gained within a customer-facing, B2C role.

Full UK driving license.

Compassionate calm, caring leader with a proven track record in building customer relationships that have converted into sales.

Commercial acumen and good sales track record.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Prior housing rental sales experience and knowledge of the local property market would be highly advantageous.

This may suit someone who has been an estate agent, selling luxury rental apartments, new homes, sales advisor, sales manager or business development manager.

SALARY

Negotiable dependant on experience

WORKING HOURS

40 hours per week
