Family Solicitor

We are looking for a NQ-2 PQE Family Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire.

The position is with a law firm which has been established in the area for well over a 100 years and runs one of the strongest full service legal practices in the region while working on top-end London quality cases. It has never been a better time to join them as they continue to go from strength to strength. Many solicitors at the firm have been there for over 10 years, and the training & market knowledge you will be exposed to are second to none in a firm which very rarely loses staff to its competitors.

Working closely within a Legal 500 ranked family law team, you will be playing a key role in the firms continued expansion, working closely with high-net-worth (HNW) clients in an environment with a track record of fostering long term career development in their staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Running a private family caseload of files
• Attending business development events
• Provide professional high quality service to clients
• Various other related duties

Previous private family law experience is essential for this role, and the following skills are desired:

• Previous experience or interest in business development
• Experience in running your own caseload (not essential)
• Strong communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
