Head of Conveyancing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Legal to lead and support the establishment of Residential offerings for a legal practice with the head office in Norwich. This is a chance to play a key role in the dynamic and profitable growth of a new start-up firm with clients already in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth of the Residential Conveyancing team
• Management and supervision of the team
• Management of an interesting and complex caseload of property matters
• Undertaking regulatory and compliance matters (COLP)
• Client relationship management

Skills

• 5 + years of PQE experience (CILEx, Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor)
• Ability to act as an ambassador for the Residential Conveyancing team
• Managing staff and conducting performance reviews
• An interest in using technology to improve the client experience
