Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Role Summary

Join a market-leading global consultancy with offices across the UK, specialising in high-level commercial and residential valuation. This role is based in the Manchester/Northwest region and is suited to a 2 years post-qualified to Senior Valuation Surveyor. You'll provide valuations for loan security purposes to blue-chip clients, working within a team with deep expertise in a wide variety of asset classes.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of properties, including offices and mixed-use assets.
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, particularly property companies and banking clients.
• Contribute to team targets and business growth initiatives.
• Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports within client timelines.
• Demonstrate in-depth market knowledge and ensure quality assurance standards are upheld.
• Client-facing role with potential to identify new business and fee-earning opportunities.
• Support the development of junior colleagues and potentially assist with APC preparation.

Skills & Experience

MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience.

Proven experience in commercial property valuations, with a preference for office sector knowledge.

Familiarity with development appraisals and valuation tools like Argus Developer.

Strong verbal, numerical, and report-writing skills.

Excellent client-management skills, with a proactive, flexible approach.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards.

Team player who can supervise junior staff and contribute to overall team success.
