A highly successful world leading Estate Agent and Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor (between Recently Chartered to Associate or Director level) within their Bristol office.

Role Features:

• Office based in the heart of Clifton.
• Part of a Building Surveying team of 5 people
• Dealing with a variety of Commercial and Residential properties.
• Mixed bag of works

Candidate:

Must be MRICS qualified, ideally with local market knowledge within the private and commercial sector. Residential experience advantageous.
